Farm maintenance reminders through Telegram.
The manager types one sentence in the group. FarmworkX records the asset, works out the dates, and reminds everybody before each one comes round. There is nothing to install and nothing new to learn.

He types it the way he would say it
No form, no fields, no asset type to choose from a menu. Suresh writes the pump, the make and both service intervals in one line, the way he would tell a person. FarmworkX pulls the dates out, shows them back, and waits.
It always shows before it saves. Nothing is written to the farm's records until somebody in the group says yes.
The date arrives before the problem does
Every morning at the hour the farm chose, FarmworkX posts what is coming and what is late. Related dates are grouped into one message rather than four, and nothing fires during the night.
A reminder is not a dead end. Done marks it and rolls a repeating date forward on its own. Snooze pushes it three hours.
The work is photographed where it happened
Photos stay in the group, and the group is where the work is. FarmworkX files them privately, and can describe one or count the people in it when somebody asks.
A count is never written by the software. The model proposes a number, a person confirms it, and every total says plainly that it counts appearances in photographs and is not attendance.
The owner opens the dashboard
Ask for a summary in the group, or sign in and see what is late first, then the next 14 days, then the widgets you asked for in plain words. A sign in link never enters a group.

Running on one farm, and taking a second
FarmworkX was built to run the CoffeaX estate, and it does that every day. It is not a finished product with a thousand customers, and we are not going to write this page as though it were.

No SMS. No adverts, ever. Nothing from your farm's group is published, quoted or used to sell this to anybody else.
Straight answers
Do I need to install anything?
No. If you have Telegram, you have everything. Add the bot to your farm's group, send /register, and wait for approval. There is no app, no login to remember and nothing to keep updated.
What does it cost?
Nothing today. FarmworkX is running on one farm while it is finished, and the farms joining now are helping prove it works. If a price appears later, you will be told before it applies to you, not after.
What happens to my photographs?
They are stored privately. Nobody outside your farm's owner and manager can open one, and every link the dashboard makes expires in fifteen minutes.
When somebody in the group asks what is in a photograph, that photograph is sent to an AI service to get the answer, and that service is outside the group. The bot posts this in writing in your group before it records anything, so everybody knows the rule before the first photograph is sent.
Can it count the people in a photograph?
It can propose a number, and a person has to confirm it before it is recorded. The count is a guess from a picture. Do not use it for pay, for attendance, or for any record that matters. Every total FarmworkX shows says exactly that.
Does it work in Kannada?
Not yet. Today the bot reads and writes English. Kannada is planned, and if you need it, say so when you write to support, because that is what decides the order these get built in.
Who can see my farm's records?
The owner and the manager of that farm. Nobody from another farm, at any time, by any route. Rules inside the database enforce it rather than the application asking politely, so a mistake in the code cannot leak a row to the wrong farm.
Ask the bot what it stores and it will tell you, in full, in the group.
How long is a message kept?
Group messages are kept for 180 days and then deleted. Your farm records, assets, dates and tasks are kept until you ask for them to go, or until the farm closes and one year passes.
Write to privacy@coffeax.com for a copy, a correction or a deletion. We answer within 30 days.
Can I stop it?
Reply stop in the group. Recording stops and the reminders stop. What was already recorded stays, because your manager may still need it. Ask by email and it is deleted.
Will it send me an SMS?
Never. Reminders go over Telegram, and email is being added as a second channel. That is the whole list.
Three steps, then a person approves
Open the app and sign in with your email address. Link Telegram, then add the bot to your farm's group, both from one page. The bot does nothing in a group until it has been approved, which means somebody reads every request, usually within a day.
